Smithwick's is a sensational Irish malt, roasted to give the rich red color and a hint of roasted flavor which is described as chocolate/caramel/roasty.
Brewed from the purest water from the famous St Francis Well which is built on a thick strata of carboniferous limestone-from a time when the area was covered in balmy tropical clear seas over 200 million years ago.
